We are excited to announce that the RangeCare's Flaxton Day Centre will reopen to clients on Monday 15th June. As we welcome back clients, our centre will look a little different, so that we can continue to protect both our clients and staff's health and well-being.
Steps we are taking to ensure your safety:
There will be a hand sanitising station available to you outside the main entry door. As you enter the building please use the hygiene products provided to you.
To continue to adhere by social distancing rules there will be a maximum of 10 clients and 3 support staff in the social centre. We understand that this may leave some clients disappointed as they cannot attend. The good news is you don't have to miss out! Have a chat with your care support worker about our new technology program called ROSE.
There will be a register when you first enter the building that will require you to sign in and sign out.
There is an increase in cleaning of surfaces and our cleaners will use PPE equipment as per the Pandemic training provided to staff.
There will be restricted access to the day centre for those that are not staff or clients. Carers and loved ones are required to remain outside.
