Greg moved to the Sunshine Coast from Tasmania in 2018. In Tasmania, he held a number of senior leadership roles in the electricity industry, before moving into the Aged Care Industry in 2012 as Business Manager. He has a background and a multitude of qualifications in Finance, Psychology, Mediation, and Leadership.
Corporate Services Manager
Amie Marriott has been with BRCG for seven years and has previously carried out the roles of Human Resources Manager and Company Secretary. Amie brings with her a qualifications in human resources, work health and safety, and return to work coordination.
Gary is a Registered Nurse with post graduate studies in dementia and business management. He has 30 years of experience in Clinical and Management positions in Residential Aged Care both in Victoria and Queensland.
Roley has qualifications as an accountant in the UK and in Australia. He joined BRCG as Financial Controller in 2017. Prior to that he worked at a senior level for a range of organisations ranging from small private enterprises to major public listed organisations in seven countries.

Jess moved to the Sunshine Coast from Sydney in 2017. She joined RangeCare in 2019, and has held roles in Marketing and Business Development.
Contract & Compliance Manager
Tania has been with BRCG for 2 years and was previously the Manager of Nambour & District Care prior to the merger with BRCG. Tania has 13 years’ experience in Aged Care working in areas of Assessment, Direct Care, Service Co-Ordination and Management.
Field Team Manager - Flaxton & Maleny
Janene is our longest serving member of the Management Team, having started in 2005. Janene has held a number of roles over that time and holds a range of Aged Care specific and Management qualifications.

Amanda Ekert is new to the BRCG management team as the Field Team Manager for Nambour. Amanda brings with her qualifications in Human Services and over ten years of experience within the care sector, including various leadership roles throughout this time.

Vicki started with BRCG over 10 years ago as a Care Support Worker. During her time with the organisation, Vicki has held various positions within the Care Management side of the business. Vicki holds qualifications in Management, Services Coordination and Quality Auditing.
