RangeCare’s has Day Respite Centres at Flaxton, Maleny & Gympie plus a dedicated Overnight Respite Centre. Set amongst lush gardens in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
Day Respite Centres
The RangeCare Day Respite Centres offer social support, the opportunity to connect with new people, and plenty of fun activities.
We have centres located at Flaxton, Maleny, Nambour, and Gympie.
Our experienced staff offer a wide range of activities including:

Our Day Respite Program also includes a delicious Morning Tea, a nutritious Lunch and transport to and from the centre.

Overnight Respite
Our Cottage-style overnight respite in Flaxton creates a warm homely environment for our clients. Our staff treat our clients as they would want others to treat their own family. This family-style environment provides ease and reassurance for the carer as well as an opportunity to get on to their often long to-do-list.

What's included in our Overnight Respite Service?

Social Support
Our guests are supported by a dedicated and qualified support worker at all times.
During the week our guests participate in our day respite Cottage activities, which may include outings to local places of interest.

Meals
A selection of meals can be chosen during your stay. All meals are prepared onsite in our very own hospitality kitchen by our qualified Chef.
​
Comfortable Accomodation
Our overnight respite rooms have recently been refurbished to provide two comfortable accommodation options. This means there is never more than a maximum of 2 guests per stay.
​
Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and abundant wildlife, this respite option provides a calm and peaceful stay for guests.
