RangeCare’s op shop
Where everything old is new again
Opening an op shop was an important step for our community-based, not-for-profit organisation which has experienced significant changes in government funding since 2015.
The funds raised through op shop sales are directed back to providing quality care and support to people along the Blackall Range and surrounding areas so that they can continue to live independently in their homes longer.
Donations of items can be taken directly to the shop at The Old School House at 17 Obi Obi Road, Mapleton.
Would you like to volunteer in our op shop? We are always on the look out for people who are interested in working on the shop floor, preparing donations for display (washing, ironing, etc.), and helping sort through the donations.

OUR OP SHOP
RangeCare opened its first op shop in May 2018 and relies on the generosity of the local community to donate quality, pre-loved clothing, shoes, bric-a-brac, household items, small furniture items, and children’s toys.
