BUFF BONES PILATES

RangeCare offers a range of healthy lifestyle programs so that you can continue to enjoy living in your home longer.

 

In a continued effort to keep our clients, staff and volunteers safe all group activities adhered to the Department of Health guidelines during COVID 19 restrictions. 

RangeCare are running a 5 week Buff Bones Pilates program with Nationally Certified Pilates and Buff Bones Instructor, Susan Jamison.
Buff bones is a medically  endorsed, full body  exercise system for bone and joint health that integrates Pilates, strength training, balance techniques and incorporates recognised bone strengthening techniques.

 

Benefits of this program include: 

  • Improved mobility and flexibility

  • Improved balance to reduce the risk of falling

  • Increased awareness of your body 

Classes available:

Session 1: Friday 21st May at 8:30am - FULL
Session 2: Friday 28th May at 8:30am - FULL
Session 3: Friday 4th June at 8:30am - FULL

Session 4: Friday 11th June at 8:30am - FULL
Session 5: Friday 18th June at 8:30am - FULL

PRICE: $15.00 per casual session or $60.00 for 5 sessions. Payment is required in advance.

LOCATION: Clouds Montville- 166 Balmoral Road, Montville

ELIGIBILITY: No exercise experience is necessary. This program is safe for people    experiencing  osteoporosis and low bone mass. The class is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels, with or without bone loss. You will be required to get up and down off the floor.  This service is available to anyone in the community.


WHAT TO BRING: Bring your own Pilates/Yoga mat, towel, comfortable clothing, a water bottle and grip wear socks. 

This program is available to anyone in the community.
