In a continued effort to keep our clients, staff and volunteers safe all group activities adhered to the Department of Health guidelines during COVID 19 restrictions.
RangeCare are running a 5 week Buff Bones Pilates program with Nationally Certified Pilates and Buff Bones Instructor, Susan Jamison.
Buff Bones is a medically endorsed, full body exercise system for bone and joint health that integrates Pilates, strength training, balance techniques and incorporates recognised bone strengthening techniques.

PRICE: $15.00 per casual session or $60.00 for 5 sessions. Payment is required in advance.
LOCATION: Mapleton Community Hall - 31 Obi Obi Rd, Mapleton QLD
ELIGIBILITY: No exercise experience is necessary. This program is safe for people experiencing osteoporosis and low bone mass. The class is appropriate for all ages and ﬁtness levels, with or without bone loss. You will be required to get up and down off the floor. This service is available to anyone in the community.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring your own Pilates/Yoga mat, towel, comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and wear grip socks.
